At Leicestershire SEND Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality services, training, and resources that support families, professionals, and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
1. Training and Events

Cancellations by You: If you are unable to attend a training session or event you have booked, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Attendance: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not generally available once the resource has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues or believe there has been an error, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
